Delivery & Returns

Buying a thobe online shouldn't feel like a gamble. Here's exactly what delivery costs, how long it takes, and how to send something back if the fit isn't right.

Delivery

• Everything is packed and shipped from the UK. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day usually go out the same day.
• UK delivery: typically 2–4 working days. Europe: typically 4–8 working days, depending on the country and local customs handling.
• Delivery is a flat £3.99 and free on orders over £65. We currently ship to the UK and Europe only.
• You'll get an order confirmation email straight away, and we'll be in touch if anything is delayed.

Returns & exchanges

You have 14 days from delivery to return an item. It needs to be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Return postage is covered by you unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing — in that case we cover it.

1. Step 1

   Email us within 14 days

   Send your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange to infodaralthawb@gmail.com. A photo helps if something arrived faulty.

2. Step 2

   We reply with the return address

   We usually respond the same day, and always within one working day. Post the item back in its original condition, unworn and with any packaging.

3. Step 3

   Refund or exchange

   Once it reaches us we check the item and refund your original payment method within 5 working days, or post out the replacement size straight away.

Not sure on sizing?

Most returns are size-related, so check before you buy. Our size guide lists every measurement, and the "Find my thobe size" tool on each product page turns your usual UK size and height into a recommended thobe size.
